The hotel is in an ideal location, with a wide selection of restaurants nearby. it is conveniently located near the Meenakshi temple. the room and bathroom are clean and comfortable, with quality furnishings. the bed is spacious and provides a great night's sleep.
The breakfast selection is limited and not worth the price.

The hotel was conveniently located near the train station and the famous temple. the rooms were spacious and had pleasant interiors. the bed was comfortable and big enough to have a good sleep.
The towels in the bathroom were very hard and old. When I informed the reception, they didn't seem to have any system in place to replace them regularly.

The location is perfect - just steps away from Madurai Junction and a short walk to Meenakshi Amman temple. The rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated. The overall ambience is energetic and pleasant, from the walkway to the living room. Impressive interiors and comfortable king size bed add to the positive experience.

Great location near railway station and walking distance to popular temple. The rooms were spacious and had a pleasant interior design. Best of all, the walkway, lift, and living room atmosphere is invigorating.
The staff was mechanical and not hospitable. The cost was too high for 2-3 star level facilities.

We loved our stay here mainly because of the hotel's location. It's just a few feet away from the railway station, making it very convenient to travel. Plus, we were pleasantly surprised to find out that Meenakshi Amman temple is within walking distance from this hotel. The rooms are roomy and well-maintained, plus the hotel's facilities complemented our stay perfectly. We also appreciated the staff's warm welcome upon our arrival.

I had a delightful experience at Cosmopolitan Hotels. The room was impeccably clean, with fresh bed sheets and pillow covers. The staff promptly provided complimentary water upon my request and ensured I had a comfortable stay. The proximity to the railway station was extremely convenient. I highly recommend this hotel.
